What grade of hair is used for the bundles, closures, and frontals?
We provide 100% unprocessed virgin Brazilian and raw Vietnamese/Indian human hair (Grade 10A & 12A). All cuticles are intact and aligned in the same direction to prevent tangling and ensure maximum longevity.
How many bundles do I need for a full installation?
For lengths 10" to 18", we recommend 2 to 3 bundles. For lengths 20" to 30", we recommend 3 to 4 bundles to achieve a full, voluminous look, especially when paired with a closure or frontal.
What is the difference between an HD Lace Closure and an HD Lace Frontal?
A closure is 4x4 or 5x5 inches and covers the center parting area, making it ideal for low-maintenance, everyday protective styles. A frontal spans 13x4 or 13x6 inches from ear to ear, allowing versatile styling, high ponytails, and any parting preference.
Can the hair be bleached, dyed, and heat-styled?
Yes! Because our hair is 100% pure human hair without synthetic fibers, it can be bleached (up to #27 and #613 blonde), dyed, flat-ironed, and curled. Always use heat protectant to maintain hair health.
Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
We ship directly from our US fulfillment warehouses in Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA. Standard US delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via FedEx or USPS Priority. Expedited overnight shipping is also available at checkout.
