We take pride in our premium raw and virgin human hair quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

1. Eligibility: Hair must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and lace intact in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
2. Exchanges: Free exchanges for different lengths, textures, or closure sizes.
3. Process: Contact our customer support at sales@ericashairlounge.com with your order number to receive a pre-paid return label.
4. Refund: Once inspected at our US warehouse, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
